1.        For an overview of ‘Issues’ click on the ‘Dashboard’ section.
  2.        The ‘Issues’ heading will only be displayed here if any errors exist. Errors may be caused as a result of incomplete or incorrect information that has been entered into Udio.
  3.        For example, if Udio attempts to email a customer and that email bounced and never made it to its intended receiver, Udio will raise an issue to alert you to check the email address.
