Missed Attendance

If a student does not attend their lesson and you haven’t been notified, they will appear as having missed their lesson. Udio will not assign this student a 'make-up' lesson.

If you wish to change the status from ‘Missed’ to ‘Cancelled’ so a 'make-up' voucher is issued:

  1.      Go to the ‘Session’ page
  2.      Click on ‘View Details’ next to the session they missed
  3.      Locate the student and select ‘Cancel Booking’ and then ‘Confirm.’
