Remove a staff member

  1.  Go to the People page of the staff member you are removing from the session and select ‘Remove’ and then find 'Bookings' and filter for the sessions you are wanting to permanently remove the staff member from.
  2. Select the series for each one and click ‘Confirm.’
  3. Go to the People page of the staff member permanently replacing the staff member and add 'Bookings Type -  Instructor or Supervisor' and select regular booking.
  4. Then Find Sessions and filter for the sessions or type in the code.
  5. Select Series for each one and click ‘Confirm.’
