Temporary Changes

  1.       To implement changes go to the staff members People page, click on cancel and find bookings.
  2.        Filter to find the bookings that the staff member is away for and click ‘Select.' and then click ‘Confirm.’

You will see a Cancelled box next the sessions; this will allow another staff member to be added for those sessions.

  1.        Go to the People page of the staff member taking that shift and add Bookings.
  2.        Then enter the Type and tick Temporary Booking.

To Find Sessions

  1.        Select Filter to find the sessions (or type in the codes if you have them).
  2.        Click Select as it is a Temporary Change and click on ‘Confirm.’
