- To implement changes go to the staff members People page, click on cancel and find bookings.
- Filter to find the bookings that the staff member is away for and click ‘Select.' and then click ‘Confirm.’
You will see a Cancelled box next the sessions; this will allow another staff member to be added for those sessions.
- Go to the People page of the staff member taking that shift and add Bookings.
- Then enter the Type and tick Temporary Booking.
To Find Sessions
- Select Filter to find the sessions (or type in the codes if you have them).
- Click Select as it is a Temporary Change and click on ‘Confirm.’
