Customer Portal Settings

This is where you update the information for your customer accounts. This will only require set up if you are using the ‘Customer Accounts’ feature from Udio. Use the free form text boxes to enter your Terms of service, sign up page text, privacy policy and welcome message.

Add New/Edit

  1.         From Settings, select ‘Customer Accounts Settings’.
  2.         Choose a page style for Customer Accounts.
  3.         Enter a URL slug. For example, if you enter Swim-Customer-Account, the URL for your customer will be:
  4.         Enter sign up, login page, terms of service & privacy policy text.
  5.         They are free form text and can be formatted and can include links to other pages.
  6.         Select ‘Confirm’ to finish.
