Configure Cancellation Rules

There will be times when customers will need to cancel a booking. This section details the rules your business has with regards to cancelling a booking. For example: you may choose to issue a make-up voucher when a customer cancels a session.

Add a New Cancellation Rule

  1.         From Settings, click on ‘Configure Cancellation Rules’
  2.         Select ‘Add New Cancellation Rules’
  3.         Select the course, the booking type, voucher type and voucher quantity
  4.         Click ‘Confirm’

Edit a Cancellation Rule

  1.         Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the Cancellation rule you wish to edit to make changes to the course, booking type, voucher type and voucher quantity
  2.         Click ‘Confirm’

Delete a Cancellation Rule

  1.         Click the ‘Delete’ button next to the cancellation rule you wish to delete
  2.         Click ‘Confirm’
