Configure Survey Questions

Information gathered from customers can be extremely useful for marketing, advertising and public relations work. Udio can help you gather important customer feedback by prompting a user to ask questions of customers targeted questions, such as “Where did you hear about us from?” or “Why are you leaving?”

Adding New Survey Questions

  1.         From Settings, click on ‘Configure questions’
  2.         Click on ‘Add New Question’
  3.         Choose from the scenario and type in the question
  4.         Add another under ‘Choices’
  5.         Type in the first choice and add another to repeat
  6.         When finished click on ‘Confirm’
  7.         Repeat the process to add more questions

Editing Survey Questions

  1.         From configure questions click on ‘Edit’
  2.         You can untick enabled to disable the question or choice. You can also add         another
  3.         Click ‘Confirm’ when edit is complete

Deleting Survey Questions

  1.         From configure questions click on ‘Delete’
  2.         Click ‘Confirm’ to delete the question
