Booking into a Session

From the ‘Sessions’ section:

  1.        Click on ‘Add Student’ then click on ‘Bookings for series' followed by ‘Find People.’
  2.        Type in the name of the student.  Ensure you have student (requires purchase or vouchers) and regular booking.
  3.        Check the booking and start date is correct and then click ‘Confirm.’
  4.        Click on the correct Package that is applicable and select ‘Add Purchase & Create Bookings.’

You will be taken to the billing account for payment. You can either process the payment now, or return to the billing account.

Repeat for any other family members. Remember that all family members should have the same billing account and not individual accounts.
