To invite a customer to a session

  1. To invite a customer to a session go to the 'Waiting List' tab and 'Filter – with available spots.' This will show all sessions that have an available spot and click 'Invite to.'
  2. The customer is then sent an email with the invitation and details of the spot requested.
  3. The customer needs to click on the link to accept or decline the invitation. This invitation is valid for 24 hours only.
  4. If the customer clicks on 'Wait for another spot,' the spot is declined and available to someone else.
  5. If the customer clicks 'Accept and Book,' the customer will receive a confirmation page and then a booking confirmation email giving them the new booking information.
